We are accepting pre-paid orders and have begun to process orders in our operations centers located in green zones. We are liaising with our courier partners to begin deliveries from the week beginning 12 May in accordance with the respective central and state government guidelines
1. Are you delivering orders from May 4 in all (green, orange, and red) zones?
We are glad to begin our preparations for delivering your orders in our operations houses located in the green zones in accordance with central and state government guidelines.
We are liaising with our courier partners to begin deliveries in the cities of Bangalore and the green zones around Delhi from the week beginning 12 May in accordance with the respective central and state government guidelines
We would not be able to deliver to the containment areas in the zones at the moment
2. I have already placed an order, when will I receive it?
We are gearing up our operations as well as working with courier partners across the country to start delivering all products to Green/Orange zones following the Central and respective State Government guidelines. Hence, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in this regard. You will be notified of the courier information when they are shipped.
3. I have placed an order for a facemask, when will I receive it?
We have recently launched a new product category of locally manufactured disposable and reusable face masks to support the fight against the covid in the event the country opens up and all of us have to report to work. We will be able to dispatch orders for the face masks after safely processing the orders in a week. You will be notified of the courier information when they are shipped.
4. I have received a dead plant, what do I do?
Owing to the lockdown being imposed without due warning to the courier agencies, a certain number of orders were caught mid-transit and some of these got delivered once the lockdown got lifted in certain regions. 5. Is it safe to receive orders?
Nurserylive has collaborated with the courier partners to ensure the deliveries may be contactless. For further guidance on the same, please refer to the World Health Organization website.
6. What is nurserylive doing to keep customers and employees safe?
Customer safety is of utmost importance to us and we are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. We are ensuring all the necessary measures and precautions to be taken to avoid the spread of the disease. All our deliveries will have e contact-less execution through our courier partner.
All our employees operate in the operation center after proper hand sanitization, are checked for good health, and maintain social distancing. We constantly sanitize the warehouse. We follow all the government guidelines and precautions very strictly.
